It was a moment of intellectual empowerment and excitement of recognition at the weekend as Repton Group organized a three-day retreat and rewarded staff who have diligently served the group for over five years.

At the retreat that was held from Friday, July 18, to Sunday, July 20, with the theme “Winning in Trade and Distribution,” presentations were made on sub-themes of business ethics and sales improvement, with facilitators offering valuable insights into areas such as navigation of business challenges and development of problem-solving skills.


Participants also reflected on corporate performance and embarked on a realignment of goals. Through a SWOT analysis framework, participants were able to have a deep understanding of operational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

The highlight of the event was the recognition of employees who have meritoriously served the group for over five years.

As the retreat came to a close on Sunday, participants were poised to leverage insights gained to drive growth, productivity, and excellence.
With a renewed focus on teamwork, collaboration, and customer partnership, the Group is confident in its ability to thrive in the trade and distribution sector.
